I’m excited to share with you the latest update from Microsoft: the new modern controls for Power Apps canvas! These controls have just been released, and they bring a fresh and modern look to your Power Apps creations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I’ll walk you through the process of accessing and using these new controls. You’ll discover how to enable them in the settings menu, under the upcoming features section. Once enabled, you’ll find the new controls in the “Insert” tab, alongside the existing ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I’ll showcase each of the new controls, including the modern batch, button, checkbox, date picker, dropdown, info button, link, progress bar, spinner, and text box. You’ll see firsthand how they differ from the old controls and the enhanced visual appeal they bring to your app designs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
While some of the new controls currently have limited customization options, keep in mind that they are still in preview, and Microsoft is continuously working on refining them. So, expect more customization options to be added in future updates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
