If you’re looking for a way to host webinars with up to 1,000 interactive participants or 10,000 view-only attendees, you might want to check out the new feature in Microsoft Teams. In this video, you’ll learn how to create and run webinars using Teams, starting with the registration form.

To get started, open Teams and go to your calendar. Click on the “new meeting” button and select the “webinar” entry from the drop-down list. You can choose to require registration and set it to be open to anyone or just people in your organization.

After filling out the meeting form, you can send it out to presenters and customize the registration form that attendees will fill out. You can add an image, title, description, and speakers to the registration form, as well as add fields for attendees to fill out. You can also preview the registration form and save it.

Once you’ve sent out the meeting invite and registration link, attendees can register for the webinar by filling out the form. You can put the registration link anywhere, such as in an email, a tweet, or a LinkedIn post.

When attendees click the registration link and fill out the form, they will receive a confirmation email with a link to join the webinar. The webinar will have chat, polls, live reactions, and other interactive features for up to 1,000 participants. If more than 1,000 people join, the webinar will automatically switch to view-only mode and can support up to 10,000 view-only attendees.

So, if you want to host a webinar with a large audience, Microsoft Teams might be the tool you’re looking for. With its built-in webinars feature, you can create and run webinars with ease, and reach out to a wider audience.
